User Submissions

Any submission to the Sites will be deemed and remain the property of WinWinLabs. By submitting User Content to the Sites you hereby grant WinWinLabs a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the User Content in any media or medium, form, format or forum.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as limiting WinWinLabs’s rights, responsibilities and obligations under its privacy policy.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content uploaded by you or made available to you on or through WinWinLabs’s services remains the property of WinWinLabs or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by WinWinLabs and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and for use on WinWinLabs’s services.
